When you purchase a product, services or an entire turn-key solution from PAT, you will have access to our service and support department during office hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST.
Services and Support cases will usually be responded to within 24 to 48 hours depending on our work load at the time. Please allow longer response times during weekends and or public holidays.
